Beta 11.9.1 not working post iOS 11

Jabber Beta 11.9.1  just hangs now with iOS 11 on my iPhone when I open it.   I've tried removing it and reinstalling it with no success...   Any thoughts or input?

I guess I have too many local contacts on my iPhone.  

I removed and then reinstalled Jabber on my iPhone and didn't allow access to local contacts. 

I am now able to launch Jabber without any more issues.

We have the same problem. Thanks for your workaround.

Nevertheless, this is not the perfect solution. It worked before iOS11. We need a fix for this.
