Hi Guys,
Does anyone know of a way to “Bulk Delete” CUPS user fields etc…
An example would be that say I had about 250 users in CUPS that had a “CTI Gateway Profile” assigned however want to remove this field without having to do this individually?
Or alternatively delete their CUPS profile altogether and re-apply using BAT.
The issue is BAT only seems to cater for adding items and not removing them???...
Any ideas much appreciated!

I used the BAT for CUCM where I was looking in CUPS originally...
In CUCM;
Bulk Administration>CUPS>Update CUPS/CUPC Users
This is where you specify the following configuration items;
Preferred CTI Device |
Unity Profile |
Meeting Place Profile |
LDAP Profile |
CTI Gateway Profile |
SIP Proxy Profile |
Audio Profile |
CCMCIP Profile |
Enable MOC |

James,
I am trying to do the same, update a bunch of CUPS/Jabber users to remove VM, CCMCIP, and CTI profiles from a selected group of users.I had to export from CUPS to be able to make those changes and I do not want to go line by line in the export. I read your post above and went to Call Manager and on an export I found that I could only change CUP and CUPClicensing. If I can get the CUPS/Jabber fields in an export from CM that would also have CM specific info, it may help my process. Am I missing something?
Thanks
Michael
