Hello,

Could we create permanent user or can purchase CUCM for development purpose? because it is available only for 6 hours and sometimes not available due to lots of reservations so how can we proceed for this.

Not sure what you mean by "permanent user", you can look into buying the NFR kit for development purposes, the topic has been discussed a lot of times in the forum.
