I have a customer that has 4 Clusters that we set up with a SME. They have Calabrio recording on the MEGA cluster for PCCE recording. I need to do some recording on Cluster1 and then possibly on cluster 2 and so on. It seems that the I will need to have a separate recording server built on that cluster because the profiles are delivered from CUCM? So Calabrio is telling me that. The customer is complaining that it will become a large recording cluster if we go that direction. Is there another way or I stuck adding a new Calabrio server per cluster? Has anyone run into this before?
