Calendar Integration problem with Cisco Jabber

Hi,

I have presence cluster on version 9.1.1.10000-8. The cluster is integrated with CUCM cluster (5 servers) on version 9.1.1.21017-2 and with Exchange 2010.

At first everything worked fine but suddenly the calendar intgration stopped work.

On the jabber client I can see the calendar meetings but the status of the jabber clint doesnt change to "In a meeting".

If I try to disable the calendar integration and then re enable the status of the client is being changed but then ' when the meeting is over it doesnt change back to "available".

I double chacked all the configurations on the presence servers and on the exchange server and everything is look ok.

can somebody help?

Hi Liran,

this does not seem to be a known issue. We would need a PRT to analyze this issue - so I can strongly suggest you to open a TAC case.
