From what i can tell, Call Park is not supported on even the latest Cisco Jabber for Windows client? This seems like such a basic (and easily implementable) feature. If it does exist, can someone point me to it? If it doesn't can we please get it implemented in the next release?

Correct, there is no call park in Jabber.
If you want that to be considered, or add your name in case there's already an enhancement request, you need to reach your AM/SE for this, to either submit a new PER, or add your name to an existing one.

thanks for the quick reply - very impressive! Can you point me to a tool or something similar to find out who my AM is at Cisco to move forward?
