Call Park

I see a long history of people asking for call park in the windows version of Jabber and that it was finally added to the mobile versions of Jabber a few releases ago. Is there any word on it for the Windows client? Seems odd to literally have this functionality on all your other platforms and hardware, but not the desktop version.

Thanks for any help that can be provided.

Call park is already on Windows, and has been for some time

if this helps, please rate

it states in all the documentation, including the one linked, "Applies to the Cisco Jabber mobile clients". This functionality works great on our mobile phones and physical phones, but is completely absent from the  current 11.7.1 release, despite the "<EnableCallPark>true</EnableCallPark>" being set accordingly in our config. Is there something else that needs to be enabled for windows to show this function?

Hi,

As of now there is no update available as to when it will be included. An enhancement defect has been filed for it. I would suggest you to keep an eye on the defect and subscribe for the updates.

That CDETS has been Terminated. As I understand it that means it will not be addressed. I suggest you discuss the business impact the absence of this causes with your Cisco AM.

2 Years latter and still no call park.... said.. for the number of times Cisco has refreshed the gui would have been nice to add a few core features.
