my customer is complaining about the amount of only 23 characters in the Caller ID field with Jabber 12. Does anybody know if there is a way to increase this? Are the more characters in CUCM 12?
CUCM Database handles 30 characters, however in Jabber still have a limitation while using the Pickup feature. The pickup notification alert only displays a maximum of 23 characters.
