Good day,
I am looking to remove the option that allows the callers to edit their message.
Scenario:
- A call is made to a phone with a mailbox, if no answer (or busy), the caller leaves a message.
- After the caller left a message, he presses # or wait and hears: to send this message press pound or hang up, to play it 3, to re-record it 4, to add to it 5, to disgard it 6.
What I have done so far:
- On the user, edit; Message Settings
- Removed the check mark for "Callers Can Edit Messages"
- Results: caller now only hears: to send this message press pound or hang up, to disgard it 6, then goes to the Call Handler Goodbye and hangs up.
After Message Action:
- Call Action: Hang up
- Results: caller now hears: to send this message press pound or hang up, to disgard it 6, then it hangs up.
Play After Message Recording:
- I have tried Do Not Play Recording and Play Recording Selection: with a blank 2 seconds wave
- Results: no change
Edit, Greeting (Standard)
- During Greeting: I put a check mark at Ignore Caller Input
- Results: no change
This is Unity Connection 11.5.1.15900-18
The goal is for a caller to leave a message, once the message is left it hangs up, even if the caller presses # or stays on the line.
Many thanks in advance for you input.
