Calls Disconnected Calling the Free Jabber Video Client
We are having issues with an SX20 using the cloud service with randomly not connecting to Jabber Free Video Client. When we try to call one of the remote users that are using the free jabber video account it will start to call and then say call disconected (call denied). Any Advice? The users that have the free jabber video are using Mac's. We have ran the cisco video test at all of the locations, everything checked out ok.
