Hello,

Some time ago, can log in to CUCM with one of the End Users (not as Admin)

But after that (after a few days later), can't log in with that again

The End User ID and Password is completely correct

Any solution to this?

Thanks in advance

Can you please advise which page they are trying to log in to?  Is it <ip address>/ccmadmin or <ip address>/ccmuser?  Does the user have the correct permissions for the page they are trying to log in to (i.e. groups and roles)?

It is <ip address>/ccmadmin

The End User already have the correct permissions

As I said before, previously can log in
But can not log in after a few days later

Is this a local user? or LDAP user?

Version?

What troubleshooting have you done?

LDAP user

Version?

12.5

I am thinking of trying to change the end user password
But when I click and open it, no password information appears because LDAP is active

So until now, I am still looking for a solution

If you have LDAP authentication and sync, then, all that is handled in LDAP, not on CUCM.

CUCM sends a simple bind to get the yes/no answer from LDAP.

Start by looking at the status from that user in LDAP, or ask whoever is responsible in your organization for the LDAP server for assistance and look at that user.

please check for password option in Active directory for affected user.

Sometimes, it is configured as "user must change password at next login".

Compare it with working user.
