Can you remove Cisco Screen Share button from a Jabber client?

Hi everyone,

Is there are way to remove Cisco Screen Share button from a Jabber client? We have a WebEx button for integration with CWMS, and would like to remove Cisco Screen Share button to avoid confusion.

I got the following answer:

It is not possible to remove Cisco Screen Share button, but it can be disabled/grayed out by doing the following:

“Uncheck the BFCP check box on CUCM CSF (Client Service Framework) device to  disable it, and uncheck the BFCP in the SIP profile on the CSF device on CUCM.”
