Hi Team I am using
Jabber client 9.7.0, also tried with version 10
I have IM and Presence 10.5 I am able to login with local account on jabber but not using AD user account.
and I have added IP address in the Server detail so no need of hostentry or DNS lookup.
PC is on domain but again Its direct IP address login there should not be any issue.
Is there any issue like port? or anything its blocking? for authentication?

Hi Ajith,
Is LDAP Authentication enabled on CUCM ?
Which jabber client are you trying to ? Desktop, Android or iOS ?
Are you using the XML config file?

Have you checked on CUCM >> System >> LDAP >> LDAP Authentication to see if "use LDAP Authentication for end users" is enabled ?
