Cannot connect WebEx alongside CUCM Jabber iPad 9.1

I've been trying for a while now to connect a CUCM account to my WebEx Presence login without any luck. A colleague of mine has managed to get hers working, but when I log into WebEx Communicator, and look at the settings, the only option I have for setting up Video and Voice Calling is the Cisco Video for Telepresence option. Other people have had the same problem on their iPads, but then some people have been able to connect them simultaneously.

Do you know if this is a Jabber problem, or if it is a setting linked to my WebEx account, or how to get the two accounts to sign in simultaneously?
