Cannot get CER v15 SU 2 to install

Trying to get an install for CER v15 SU2 to run.  It keeps dumping at the same point regardless of the VMHost I try it on.  I've seen these screens scroll past, but never had it stop there and want me to do something.  

Has anyone else seen this?

Turned out to be a corrupted installation disk.
