my env is as following
cucm 11.5
IM&P 11.5
EXP-E 8.10
vcs control 8.10
i keep getting this message "you cannot login out of corporation network"which i cant find any explanation for anywhere even though EXP-E and vcs control isnt showing any errors or even my login attempt

When you try and login are you getting to your service domain at least?
What do the logs from Jabber show also?

Does it work inside the network?
If you do not see the login request in the network logs of either expressway, you need to make sure your SRV is correct.

here is the issue it works from inside also it works for some other users but i like tried 4 more colleagues and it isnt working for them , it even worked for me before but sometime it will work sometime it wont i have uploaded the jabber log from my mobile if anyone cant tel anything from it as it is very difficult to interpret

i tried the cisco collab verify tools sometimes it shows no srv records and sometimes it shows it works even the public dns records are there and the public dns server is inside the client network behind a firewall
