Change proxy domain

Hi

we want to change the DNS domain for our cup servers (they are in a trial at the moment so do have some users).

we also will change the proxy domain to the enterprise domain.

1. what affect will this have on our users , will they lose their contacts?

2. its on a ucs server so assume we will have to relicense due to the domain change.

Thanks for the info.

should the proxy domain be the same as the customers DNS enterprise  domain and the Federation Routing CUP FQDN should be a publically resolveable address? Do we need to change the latter at this stage - we are not doing a federation at present but have one in the pipeline for the future.

It's easier if they just keep everything the same.
