Chat timestamp off one hour...sometimes

User A sends a chat to User B (who isn't logged in). When User B logs in, the chat window pops up, and the message's timestamp is off 1 hour. Subsequent messages between User A/B have the correct timestamp while logged in. We are using J4W 9.7.2 on Windows 7 PCs.

Anyone know what could be causing this?

I have thé exactly same problem with jabber 9.2(6) and with Win7.

No ddts found for this issue.

A ddts exist for this issue but is not fixed in the futur release ;

CSCuh15004 : Timestamp formatting issues can occur when recieving a screen capture

if any person have this issue and who's solved i take^^

A customer of mine has the same issue, Windows 7 with J4windows 9.6 and 10.5
