I assume that this is is a new implementation.
I would like to know what is the Jabber version and IM&P version that you are running.
When you say that you are unable to see the chat window in the Jabber, do you refer to this?:
If this is the case, go to IM&P Web Admin > Messaging > Settings > make sure that the Enable Instant messaging is checked.
Or are you referring to the case when once you start a conversation, you don't see the chat window?
Please provide us with a screenshot of the error.
