CHAT window is not showing in cisco jabber

Hello Team,

 

We have configured the cisco jabber and IM Presence  ,all the options are working voice ,and video except Chatting

CHAT window is not showing in the presence  .

Hello!

 

I assume that this is is a new implementation.

I would like to know what is the Jabber version and IM&P version that you are running.

 

When you say that you are unable to see the chat window in the Jabber, do you refer to this?:

If this is the case, go to IM&P Web Admin > Messaging > Settings > make sure that the Enable Instant messaging is checked.

 

Or are you referring to the case when once you start a conversation, you don't see the chat window?

Please provide us with a screenshot of the error.
