Choppy Audio and WebEx Tech Support on 6/11/2019

Was anyone in the US (I'm in Atlanta)  having having issues w/ choppy PSTN audio and/or having trouble calling into WebEx Tech support?  I called in twice and each time I was listening to their hold music, once for 30 minutes and a 2nd call for nearly an hour before hanging up.  

 

I usually receive a very quick response when I call in.  I opened a web ticket and was contacted in short order.  All of this makes me wonder if there was some event that impacted multiple customers.

They usually are very prompt with any issues at https://status.webex.com, so if you believe there is an issue, I would check here first.
