Was anyone in the US (I'm in Atlanta) having having issues w/ choppy PSTN audio and/or having trouble calling into WebEx Tech support? I called in twice and each time I was listening to their hold music, once for 30 minutes and a 2nd call for nearly an hour before hanging up.
I usually receive a very quick response when I call in. I opened a web ticket and was contacted in short order. All of this makes me wonder if there was some event that impacted multiple customers.
