I've upgraded both headsets to the latest (2.1) firmware and have followed the instructions here but when I put the second headset on the first's base, there is never the tone on the first and when I press the button, it does not pair the second. The same procedure works fine on the multibase, so I don't think it is user error. Unfortunately I just ordered 30 of the standard base models as Cisco states that "you can pair up to three guest Cisco Headset 560 Series headsets to either the standard base or the multibase."
Is there anything I can do, or is this functionality only for the multi-base models?
