Cisco ATA 192, Security Gate and Redials

So here's an odd one for you - we have a Viking Intercom connected to an ATA, set to dial on button press an internal extension. That's working fine.

The issue we get in is when the phone that received the call is hung up the call does not end - so the ATA redials the extension back over and over without stopping. If we ignore the call it goes to voice mail to max recording time, disconnects and then redials again.

It's like the ATA is ignoring the remote hang up and keeping the call live.

Any suggestions?
