Cisco Attendant Console Standard issues

Hi I installed CUAS 11.0.4 on windows 10 and doesn´t work fine. I logged properly but when I try to create Directory Group i received a message Failed to save directory group information. Other issue is I can´t park calls, it shows me there are no park or all parks are busy. I can make and receive calls, tranfers and else...


Aplicattion user is ok, Role groups assigned properly, but these issues is so bad.


Anyone knows how to figure out this ?

For issue #1, does the failure still occur if you run the application as Administrator? Like, right click the icon, and choose Run As..

For issue #2, do you have Call Park ranges defined and available to the phone? Like, can you call park from the phone, let alone from the application?

Have you looked into the default logging and checked to see if it tells you anything more specific?

You can increase the level of logging details. For instructions, see Appendix A here:

A follow all of your sugestions ( Run as Admin and Solved Call Park on Device Phones) and everything is ok now.
