Dear,
I have a CMS 3.1 and when user that have no Camera Join the WebRTC session the video portion on the conference that seeing the layout through it going on an off, It's like blinking. and on tab that WebRTC Session is open a red circle is showing on and off.
when user have camera and microphone device everything works fine.
I appreciate if someone could help me through that problem. is there any bug or something like that? or misconfiguration.
