Hello Cisco,
I am facing one issue in call handler in CUC.i have greeting messsage for normal calls then forwarded to operator.
How can i create a new setup for non office hours days and time another greetings.
Please help..
when Calls comes after 5 PM and before 8 AM. Calls should direct to another greeting.

Configure the schedule as required, then use the closed greeting and routing as needed by your requirements.

You can use Scheduling in CUC. Below is an example which I have in my lab.

When calls in office hours this will work.
What about non office hours greetings. that is another greeting

You need to enable closed greeting.
