Cisco Directory Connector

I just installed the Cisco Directory Connector to sync my AD with Spark.  But i didn't think it would invite everybody from the AD.  How can i exclude some people from the sync.  Like me i'm in the Admin OU, i need to sync my user but not all the other user in the admin OU and not everybody in the users OU

You can use a regular Active Directory Filter under the Configuration >> Object Selection tab to exclude unwanted users from the sync eg (!sAMAccountName=userid)

So i am using a Security Group in AD to control the users..

In the LDAP filters for Users put in something like ( subsittue your OU's etc):

(memberOf=CN=Spark Users,OU=Security Groups,DC=mycompany,DC=com)

you can then set it to look at the entire directory if you want, and just add users to the goup as you invite them.
