Cisco DRF Failure on CUC

Hello,

I have a problem  regardind Cisco unity connection publisher  alarrm of " Cisco DRF Failure" appeared on CUOM.

You are going to need to be a bit more specific. Are you able to login to DRS on the CUC server and check the backup status and history?

you can find below the status of backup history .

Login to CUC Disaster Recovery console and navigate to: Backup -> history and see if DRF back up is happening / not happening and what is the status.

If failing, see back up device is added properly and is accessible from CUC using SFTP.

From the screenshot it seems CUC is not able to reach your back up device.  Can you please navigate to back up  device and make sure :

- device is accessible

- SFTP is running and SFTP path is accessible

- SFTP credentials are correct
