I assume the cisco phone goes to old firmware (8.3.x) not having intermetend firmware 8.5.2 ,So upgrade to 9.2.1 failed
can i install two firmwares for same model phone on the CME ?

any suggestion on this issue ?

Yes, if you are running into the two-stage-firmware-upgrade issue common to older phones you will need to upgrade to the 8.5(3) firmware (either SCCP or SIP) and then upgrade again to the 9.2(1) firmware.

Change the loads command under telephony-service to the 8.5(3) firmware, allow the phones to upgrade, then change it back to the 9.2(1) and have the phones upgrade again. You can only have one of these commands under telephony-service at a time per-model. Phones are smart enough not to downgrade themselves, so existing phones should not be affected by the temporary 8.5(3) loads command.

You can have two firmware on Cme.
With load command you can ask phone to use the one u need.

when making changes in telephones service issue command “create cnf
