Cisco Jabber 10.5.2 - Single Sign On (SSO)

Hi,

We are about to rollout Jabber to our organisation for the first time (v10.5.2) - we will be installing it onto our estate of Windows Citrix XenApp servers and ideally we would like to achieve auto log on.

Our CUCM/IMP servers are already sync'd with our Active Directory via LDAP so in that sense we are already making use of SSO of sorts but ideally we do not want our users having to input their AD username and password again into the Jabber client.

So my question is would implementing Jabber SSO (with ADFS for example) provide automatic credential pass-through?

Thanks,

Mike

Mike,

That's what SSO offers you. a Single sign-on. Using your windows credential..

True SSO and not just shared credentials then?
