Cisco Jabber 12.7 on Iphone shows "On Hold" after login

Hi all

 

i am experiencing issue with one user with Jabber on the Iphone

 

on logon he receives an message "account is in use-do you want to continue?" when no other is connected to it after pressing "continue"

 

a RED notification goes on screen saying that he is on a call for a few hours and shows "ON HOLD"

 

got the logs from the JABBER:

 

csf.edge] [stop] - Stopping GlobalEdgeState -putting status to onHold.
