Cisco jabber 14.1.3 airplane icon on contact photos

has anyone ran into this issue? I had to roll the user back to 12.5.9. I deleted the roaming jabber folder in the app data folder. and tried to reinstall 14.1.3 still no luck. any feedback?

If i Understood Correctly, users status changes to airplane on 14.1.3 and when you roll back to 12.5.9 its works normal ?

not a status but a airplane icon is on the contact photo and the user has a Out of office status but the user is actually in the office.

Even though he is on office, you are seeing similar to the below because the user has enabled OOO.

the user does not have OOO in their exchange calendar or cisco jabber.

the following picture displays what we see while being updated to 14.1.3 on jabber.

This is expected behavior if the user’s Exchange mailbox has automatic replies (out of office) enabled; it was introduced in Jabber 14.0.

I did a test on my outlook 365 by putting automatic replies on. I do not have the airplane. nor do I show out of office like the user does
