Hello all,
In Jabber 9.6 with CUCM9 IM&P 9, do we have option for clients to change jabber login password after first time login ?
We have around 400 End Users into CUCM 9 integrated through Active Directory. We need to modify 400 end users through BAT to configure them for jabber. We want to configure one general password initially for all & then user should have option to change there password after first login.
The problem is if CUCM is integrated with LDAP we can not add or modify end users through BAT since it will replicate the end username information & give error.
Does any body know any workaround for our requirement ?

With LDAP integration you don't have any options since we pass authentication up to a domain controller.
The end user would need to test.
Look into 10.x and 10.5 and Single Sign On coming down the road.

Thank jason for reply,
LDAP integration is not compulsary in my situation. I can disable it but the problem would be without LDAP only administrator will be the one who will configure the password for every user but end user's dont want others to know there password.
So is there any workaround for end user that they can change jabber login password by themself without LDAP integration ?
