Hi all,
User wants to make calls from his Cisco Jabber. I configured a Framework phone in Call Manager as others using Jabber to make calls and he can´t see "accounts" option in his Jabber tool (see attached). I think this option is mandatory to let make calls. The version 10.6.4. build 63238. Please help

How did the user logged in. Is it UDS or EDI?

Sorry, I dont understand what is UDS or EDI. He is logging using his email account as loggin ID.
