Our CUCM system conntect to Seimens Unify Phone system via a sip trunk. We also use Unify Call Center system Agents answer and make a call with cisco IP Phone or cisco Jabber. Incoming call or outgoing call also use cisco voice gateway. Agent want to make a call,He dials a telephone number in CC Portal on PC. Seimens Unify Phone system make a call to agent. Agent off-hook Cisco Jabber. And then Unify make initiate a call to the telephone number which the agent dialed on PC. the outgoing call is routed to PSTN from Cisco VG. During this time, Agent can hear a busy tone or announcement message from the PSTN network if the call failed. But the Agent off-hook cisco desk phone, He cann't hear the busy tone or announcement message from the PSTN network. The desk phone are 7942 SCCP and 8941 SIP。
