Cisco jabber chat history

Hello,

I use Cisco Jabber for Windows.

when attempting to retrieve the chat history I am unable to read the data. How do I obtain access to the data of the chat?

This can only be done on the exact same computer and by the same user if I recall correctly as it is encrypted.

Is from the same computer, the file is there but I cannot open it to be able to read it.
