Cisco Jabber - Custom Status for the Entire Organization

Wondering if anyone knows of a way to setup custom status's for everyone organization wide from an admin portal of some sort.

I know how to have each person setup their own custom status, but it was asked if we can setup the same ones across the board for everyone.
