Cisco Jabber - Custom Tab with TMS Smart Scheduler doesn't work

Hello, 

The custom tab in Cisco Jabber works, however when scheduling a meeting with the Smart Scheduler in Jabber the searchbar to add participants and rooms won't react. In IE everything works perfectly fine.

Jabber Config:

       </page>
          <page refresh="true" preload="false">
         <tooltip>TMS Smart Scheduler</tooltip>
         <url>https://tms01.local.dom/tmsagent/tmsportal/</url>
       </page>

 

We are using Cisco Jabber Version 11.1.0 and IE Version 11.0.19.

TMS Version: 14.6.2, Telepresence User Portal: 1.4.1.2

 

Is there any workaround or fix for this problem? I already tried different Cisco Jabber versions.

Hi,

yes, it was a known bug CSCuw21400. To resolve this issue you just have to update your Jabber to Version 11.1.1

Hi,

Could you tell me How you can embedded the smart schedule page in jabber client and can be correctly click in? I embedded the page in jabber client,but the page display certificate error, even I click "Continue to browse the website (not recommended)." but still stay in this page and can not redirect to the smart schedule page.
