Dear All,
I am running call manager 8.6 and cisco presence 8.6.
The issue is that once i login to my cisco jabber client , i am not able to share my desktop. The Share Desktop.. icon is not working/i am not able to click it.
Kindly find attached screen shots.
Please gudie me what can be the issue and how we can solve it.

Hi Mukarram,
In an on-prem deployment, desktop share is only active when user is on a call in softphone mode.

For this to work you must be running CUCM 8.6(2)+ and have performed the necessary server-side configuration. Also, the CUCM Regions/Locations must allow video bandwidth between the devices' configured locations.

Ensure that UCM 8.6.2 is installed and that the BFCP cop file located in the jabber install admin files has been uploaded to your ucms. (Tftp restart)
Enable BFCP on the following:
CSF device (jabber soft phone) of both users.
Cups sip trunk sip profile there is a BFCP option.
Restart client and register the CSF soft phone. Ensure that both users are running in softphone mode.
