I currently have my organizations chat history for Jabber for Windows being archived to Exchange by enabling it within the Jabber-Config.xml file. My question is when a user has Jabber for iPhone, is there any way to have the chats also archived? I ask this because due to company policy and to remain in security compliance all chat history must be recorded. Thank you in advance for your replies.

All Jabber clients support persistent chat, but only Jabber for Windows/Mac supports archiving to Exchange. There is not a similar function for mobile clients, so I would instead look at using the Message Archiver service in IM/Presence to send all conversation history to an IM compliance solution such as Actiance or Verba.
