Hi Team!
Recently I was faced with the following "challange":
I have to ensure, that Jabber (in conjunction with it's hardphone) couldn't be abused for room surveillance purposes.
For outgoing calls it must be mandatory to press a button on the hardphone to finally initiate the dialing.
For incomming calls it must be prevented that the call can be accepted via jabber.
I know it's strange to cut off one of the key features of a CTI tool, but there was a legal issue in the past and therefore we're forced to ensure that.
Any hints, clues or advises to realise that are highly appreciated! :- ))
Many thanks in advance and kind regards,
Michael

There is no native way to do any of that, might want to reach DevNet and ask if there's some way via APIs or SDKs.

Hi Jaime,
many thanks for your quick response!
To be honest, not really that what I want to hear, but I have already afraid that... ;- )
Best regards,
Michael
