Cisco Jabber for Windows redial problem

Hi All

We have setup of CUCM and CUPS.We have installed jabber on all users machines.

Every thing is working fine including calling and chat.

But we are facing "nuber redial" problem on cisco Jabber.

Number redial working fine on hardphones.(6921).

When we try to redial previous dialed number, jabber shows calling window for some  time and then shows failed error.

Is it limitation of software or something else.

Jabber version 9.0.4.

Hi Sandeep,

You may need to add some appropriate dial rules in Call Manager to get this working. Check a similar post below:
