Hi all ,

When I send a message in Cisco Jabber's Chat with 4 digits ,The message send with Hyper Link which place a call with ciscotel: (like click to dial).
I changed the option EnableCiscoTelProtocol to False on jabber-config.xml.
Now when I click on the Hyper link on Windows 10 it's not place a call but i got the following message :"You'll need a new app to open this ciscotel".
Is there an option to disable Hyper Link or make the jabber not trying to open an application?

Thanks,
Danielo

Can you try disabling click to call on a single desktop to see if it works?

The installation parameter is CLICK2X and described a little bit at the following link:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/jabber/12_6/cjab_b_on-prem-deployment-cisco-jabber_12-6/cjab_b_on-prem-deployment-cisco-jabber_12-6_chapter_010000.html#ariaid-title14

E.g., Run cmd as Administrator, then use: C:\>msiexec /package CiscoJabberSetup.msi CLICK2X=DISABLE
