cisco Jabber issue

Hello all , 

 

i have cuccm and jabber ver 10.5.1 i am having folloing issues :

 

1 - CSF device is not being registered 

2 - chat is not working with Error : message can not be delivered 

3 - stuck on setting phone error 

 

things are working fine :

with desktop ip phone i can make call and receive calls .

i can see the active directory users 

properly sync with outlook also . 

 

please advice how can i fix above mentioned issues

Hi Aslam,

 

1. CSF device not registering

  

Please collect output of show connection status when the CSF device is used. Also provide the problem report from Jabber for the same.

 

2. Please provide the screenshot of the profile of the user you are chatting with.
