Hello community,

I have a working jabber softphone and never noticed any issue. However, I saw that my jabber softphone is registering between 2 subscribers. My jabber CSF profile is configured with a CUCM group of 3 subscribers.

Why is it constantly registering and why do I only 2 Subscribers instead of 3?

Thank you in advanced,

Sending periodic registration is OK, are you seeing the phone services switching to different subscribers under connection status page on Jabber? Regarding the number of nodes, it depends on the provisioning, are all the nodes have UDS? Or other nodes are installed as TFTP only kind of thing?

Also what is the device pool setting? How many nodes are available in your CCM group ?

Alok

AFAIK Jabber does not necessarily support the tertiary subscriber. It should re-register periodically, and if it is behaving like other devices in this scenario, it will "register" to the secondary on a longer delta to verify it's available. I don't recall if it does on prem, I've been stuck in MRA land.
