Dear Team,
We have trouble calling from Cisco Jabber connected to outside network ,as its phone services is down.
but with internal network everything works fine . Please suggest .

Probably a firewall issue. What Firewall are you using?
I will only guess that there's SIP Inspection or ALG running on the Firewall, and in the end the SIP REGISTER message isn't passed towards the CUCM.
You can easily verify if that's the case by making capture on CUCM and see if it got any SIP REGISTER messages from Expressway-C when you're trying to login with Jabber MRA. And if that's the case, disable the default inspection profile of SIP TLS object in your Firewall (depends in the Firewall).

Thank you so much for replying .Later, somehow managed to resolve the issue. There was a trunk to expc from CUCM which was deleted . Immediately the service started working .
