Cisco Jabber - The telephony configuration settings are invalid

Hello everyone,

 

I just created a local user on CUCM as the image below:

When I try to connect on Jabber I'm getting the error below:

I tried to the get ip of the server automatically and manually, the same erro occurs.

The reports are attached on this post also.

 

Could someone help me?

Which guide did you follow to configure Jabber?

And exactly what has been configured in your CUCM?

If there's also IM&P, what has been configured?

It was a layer 8 problem. I just reinstalled the Jabber and it worked lol
