Hi everyone,
We are trying the VDI version of Cisco Jabber.
If we use VDI internally, all is working fine.
If we use VDI over internet, it seems that Jabber isnt working cause of audio device issues.
Our VDI is Citrix and we are using Citrix client locally.
Any ideas?

Do you have MRA in place, like for normal Jabber over Internet deployment?
Have you checked the deployment guide for Jabber VDI, to know what you need?

If we use VDI internally, Jabber understands audio devices and works ok.
if we use VDI through internet, Jabber do not understand audio devices so you cannot make calls.
it seems that something is blocking audio devices.
