Can anyone out there comment on their experience deploying/enabling Jabber Video (aka...Jabber registered to VCS) for iPad? I found that with our existing internal VCS/TMS Provisioning settings, we were able to install and use the Jabber Video app and register to the VCS with no issues.
However, I have talked to others who have encountered errors/problems using Jabber Video with their existing/working VCS and TMS Provisioning settings. Per Cisco's documentation (below), there are some steps listed that are needed. I am looking to clarify if, and when, these steps and settings may be needed and when they are not.
Any feedback or comments are appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi
Pleas use the supportforum to get a quick answer:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/netpro/collaboration-voice-video/jabber
I have only made the followe steps and the Provis was working.
I have only Problem with Provisioning Status whether are the user Online or not.
Step 1 | Download the template to your local server fromhttp://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/navigator.html?mdfid=280443139&flowid=29241. |
Step 2 | Upload the template or template schema in TMS. The term "template schema" is used in TMSPE while the term "template" is used in TMS Agent Legacy. |
Step 3 | Add these server addresses, in addition to any other necessary settings, in the template: |
Step 4 | Assign the template to the appropriate groups of users. Any template you assign to a group is inherited by all users in the group, all subgroups, and all users in subgroups. You cannot assign a template directly to an individual user. |
Best Regards
georg
