I have a situation where jabber video is working on windows clients and not working on iPAD. I have checked the video capabilities on call manager and found it to be ON in both cases.. The connection is through expressway. Please suggest where to start the investigation.
Is the video working with other devices, for example I-phone and Android? Check the phone services under account information and video capability sending settings in I-pad Jabber as by default video is off.
